Ingredients:
- 250g gluten free flour
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 tblsp dairy free cocoa powder
- 125ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 200C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients well. Make cookie shapes and arrange on the baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.
