This is a great way to
use up leftover potatoes, makes a nice lunch and you have a creamy
dressing without using yogurt or cream.
Mix cooked and chilled
baby potatoes with smoked salmon cut into strips. Stir in the
dressing. Your salad is ready to eat.
Chive & Mustard
dressing ingredients:
- 1 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 heaped tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
