This recipe is easy and
gives good results but don't expect it to be like normal bread. It
does have a very different texture.
Ingredients:
- 500g gluten free self-raising flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsps baking powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 500ml rice milk
Method:
In
a bowl mix together the flour, salt and baking powder. In a separate
bowl mix the milk with the vinegar and oil. Add the milk mixture to
the flour. Stir to form a dough. Pour into an oiled 500g/1lb tin.
Bake in a preheated oven (180°)
for 90 minutes.
